what time is timing needed

What time do the timed runs begin at the school tomorrow. I need to know what time to show up.

Hi, Mike. I talked with Jon about this yesterday, but I guess you haven't communicated with him since then. We don't really need timing and scoring anytime early in the day. We're going to run a couple of exercises in the morning, threshold braking and slalom, and won't need timing for that. Late morning we're going to break and set up an afternoon course...That's when we really need the timing. We don't really need to have printed times for the students, just a display board at the end of the runs would be nice. Anything beyond that will be for your practice only. Starting at 10:30 or 11:00, say.

So whenever you need to come out and set up for this, I'll leave it up to you.
