I did a google search a week or so ago and found a car club (forget which one) that had W&W listed as Saturday, September 11th this year. I still can't see anything on the motorbooks site about it yet...

Mike your right "mybad" Motorbooks has last years on there web page. I did a MSN seach and on the cities web page it also says the 11th

wheels and wings is always the weekend after labor day. I'll be there again, and plan to be there EARLY, and will try to stake out the same spot under the trees. bring chairs, cool beverages, and your magnetic #'s, hopefully dwight or someone can bring a banner again, and we can have a little pro-mo for the club, as well as a good time scoping out some cool cars.

I haven't done it yet but check out Autoswalk.com. They have a pretty extensive list of car shows and events in Minnesota. If that doesn't work out, search for the Minnesota Corvair Club site and they should have the date. I used to own one and the club was very active in making runs to the St. Cloud event.
