Steve,
Plug me in where you need me (I can do reg, tech, T&S setup or course setup help) after you get more people signing up, I will be there early with the current paid members list and the cash bank. Will you need worker assignment sheets or do you have your own forms, also will you have the Met Council list with mae numbers added?
See you Sat,
Paul

Paul,
I'm going to plug you into registration for this event. With Nikki EMing her first event, we could really use your experience in registration.
Thx!

I would love to help. What can I do, or who can I help since it is my first event?

Andy,
I'll sign you up for setup assistance. You can help get tables, easy-ups, generator & other stuff set up. Youshould be there by around 7:30 AM, and should be done no later than 8:30 AM - giving you plenty of time for registration, tech, etc.
Thx!

Andy
Andy, if you can get there fairly early (no later than 7:30) I can use you in Registration doing the waiver signing.
Looks like Steve still needs some assistance with course set-up too - which would mean arriving even earlier.
Let us know,
Dave

It occurred to me just how early I'd have to get out of bed to help tech....
Since there are so many other tech volunteers, I shall pick up pylons. Someone's gotta do it.

Cool. I'll put you down for Chief of Timing & Scoring, since you'll be there and I haven't heard from Jon. Do you have the computers? The trailer will be there REAL early, so things should be set up and ready for connection & testing prior to 8 AM.

No problem. I have you down for timing. With both you & Josh at the event, we should be able to keep one of you in or close to the timing trailer all day.
