We are less than 4 weeks away from the event and I will be out of
touch for 1 week (mid month) so I am starting the signup now.

First I am hoping that I can count on the same event officals
as MOWOG 6 (as follows):

Chief Start Marshall - Don Gettinger
Chief Technical Inspector - Lee Frisvold
Chief of Timing & Scoring - Josh Berman
Chief of Registration - Nikki Feuk
Chief of Safety - Steve Garnjobst
Registration (Numbers) - Phil Ethier
Towing the Trailer to & from the site - Dwight McCullough
Awards / Trophies - Matt Dahlman

If any of you listed above are not available or if I have incorrectly listed
any of these positions Please let me know.

Jonathan,

Nikki is usually the Chief of Registration. I filled in for her at the last event because she was the EM. I normally get there early, so I can work registration or whatever.

If you can show up by 7:30 or 7:45 to help get the trailer unloaded and set up, that would be great! BTW - what's your full name?

Jonathan,

I edited your original post to include the names of those who have already volunteered, and to list the exact number of volunteers required for the event. In my experience, this helps people see where help is needed. Also, periodic posts reminding people to sign up are useful/necessary to get all the spots filled.

Well, I could do something, but it should be something with plenty of back up available - since I've only been to MidWay once, and it's a long drive from Rochester, there's a non-zero chance that I could get "delayed" along the way... But anyhow, I can be some kind of emergancy backup guy for something :D

Actually, the list at the very beginning of this thread is up to date. Here's a copy - we still need two tech. inspectors and help with timing setup.

Not until 8 AM or so, as we have to get the trailer cleared out & some of the course set up before we have a place to put the timing gear. Consider yourself drafted to help out!
