According to my "notes" there is an event on the 10th in Winona . .. is that LOL SCCA, too? Or is that SCCLAC? Is the one on the 10th still on?

I am no expert, but I think the 10th is still on, and that it is an LOL Solo2. I'd keep checking the LOL website.

Does this work like MAC, that you can pre-reg without payment and still pay the pre-reg rate at the event?

To clarify, the event on the 10th in Winona is a LaCrosse Sports Car Club event. LOL is at Midway as is noted above. Winona is similar to Dakota, but WAY wider in most spots. Not all the roadways are narrow. Should make for a very interesting course, with room for more "autocross" elements.

Okay drivers, it's time to register for the event this Saturday!
http://www.myautoevents.com/pls/mae/frmEventDetail.Show?psevent_id=2214

The weather's supposed to be good - come out & have some fun one last time before Winter.

For better or worse, I'm designing the course for this event - so you know who to blame if you don't like it.

I'm not sure what is going on. I just extended the deadline to Friday night, to make sure people can register online.

The time the web site uses is probably not a local time, but based on wherever the site is hosted from.
