The SCCA has just released the November 2004 Fastrack, which contains a large number of changes. The Solo-specific changes begin on the bottom of page F-255.

Of particular interest:
The following class changes. MAC members will be pleased to note the Integra Type R and Porsche 914 have both been moved down a class in Street Prepared.
ITEM 16) In Appendix A (p. 183), move the following cars:
- Honda S2000 to BSP from ASP
- Mazda RX-7 Turbo ('86-'92) to BSP from ASP
- Acura Integra Type R to DSP from CSP on a separate line.
- Porsche 914 4-cyl (all) to DSP from CSP
- Ford Contour SVT to DSP from ESP
- Isuzu I-Mark RS 16V ('85-'89) to FSP from DSP
There were a LOT of changes in Prepared. After too long, the SCCA has begun a major project to clean up and modernize this category.
Alternate strut/shock top-mounts are now legal for ST. This was an issue for Hondas and other ST cars.
There are plenty of other minor changes sprinkled around the other classes.
