I need one person for each day (Saturday Sept. 24th & Sunday Sept. 25th) to run the timing system for Evolution classes. We're using MAC's timing equipment, so it should be pretty easy work. You'll need to be there from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. In return for your efforts, you will get our undying gratitude, a free lunch, and a certificate good for $100 off an Evolution driving course.

Please let me know ASAP if you're interested.

Thanks!

Well, I don't know if it requires any special "know-how" to be a timing helper, but I'm available for Saturday, the 24th. Let me know if you need me. :)

I was going to be there on Sunday anyway to take pictures. Put me down to help on that day.

Justin - Have you ever worked on the MAC timing computer before? If so, you can do Saturday. If not, it would probably be better to let Phil handle Saturday.

David - given the nature of the job & how fast drivers cycle through runs, you won't get much time to take photos, if you're working timing. I'll have Shane work Sunday.

Shane - You're the man for Sunday. :) I'll take care of setup on Saturday. You take care of getting yourself ready for the school.

Phil - Depending on what Justin says, I may want you there on Satruday.

Steve, I haven't worked on the MAC timing computer before, but I'd love to learn for the sake of being able to help out at future events. It probably would be better for Phil to handle Saturday. Is it possible I could be there just to learn? I mean, it couldn't hurt to have an extra person in the club who knows how to work the equipment, right? ;) Please let me know if that's a possibility. Thanks Steve! -Justin

OK - Phil, you're the timing guy for Saturday. Justin, you're welcome to show up & learn. I'll bet Dwight will even put you to work figuring out how to assemble & store the new canopy. ;)

Steve, I was just saying I was planning on being there anyway, but as long as you have the position filled. Let me know if you need help with anything else.

I only need one timing person per day, so you'll have to talk Shane out of the Sunday spot. ;)

Non-participant volunteers [3-4 people] needed for Saturday at the EVO school.
To set up the NEW canopy and rig a way to store it.
Plus to evaluate what we need to do with the old ratty EZ-UPS.

Anyone?
