1. Steve Garnjobst, our rules chair for the Metropolitan Council of Sports Car Clubs. Has scheduled the annual rules meeting for Saturday December 10, 2005. He will follow up with more details, the map to his home, etc.
This is open to all willing to give their time and opinions.

2. The annual awards party for the MCSCS, is scheduled for Saturday Jaunary 14, 2006. We will once again meet at 'The Barn' in Eden Prairie. Well at least until we outgrow the place. Time and directions to follow.

The MCSCC's provides snacks & drinks.
And for the annual party, MCSCC will pay for the party room rental, soda pop, and MAC will pay for pizza.
However, all potluck dishes, chips, cookies, desserts, etc will be most appreciated.

I'm not going to stick this thread, as it doesn't contain sufficient detail for either event.

I did stick the official announcement for the Rules Meeting. I'll do the same for the Annual Awards Party - once someone posts a full announcement with directions, details, etc. Can someone please post such an announcement?

6:00 PM is when we'll get there and start to do the set-up. Tables, coolers with the soda pop I'm bringing.
By around 7:00 PM I can order the pizza. anyone willing to go pick it up?
And by 8 or so awards/trophies. Wally has volunteered to MC.
