How was the Subaru Cruise?

I swear I saw Esper's Suby cruising through Lake City this morning. Looked like one sweet ride.

It was pretty dang fast. 2 STi's and me got sideways at various points negotiating back road turns. I had a lot of fun though, just not too many subies, there were only 5 of us, but then again, I guess people tend to notice all that spoiler and hood scoop action. Although at the pace we were moving down some of those back roads, I needed a pretty fast car and some driving confidence to keep up.

And snow tires suck on back roads. oddly enough, the stuff I learned in evo school kept creeping into my head. "Unwind the wheel, lean into the throttle, look aheatd etc..."

I just happened to be pulling outta Conoco and seen a Silver Sti and then one more and then that Bright Yellow Suby about 3 or 4 cars back, took a closer look but, the look didn't last for long.

I figured ah hell I'll post up and see if was really them.

Turns out I was right. Nikki thought I was nuts, kinda like the time I thought I saw Darryl down here in his Miata, cruising thru town.

yup. Matt was in the silver STi in the lead which had a FMIC and was totally debadged. There was a blue WRX, a silver WRX and a black STi as well.
