Alright I know we don't have an offical event list yet but I have the choice of scheduling something as the last weekend in April or it being the first weekend in May. So my question is when will the Opening Mowog at VF be held likely.
April 30th or May 6th or neither?
thanks

My current understanding is that the novice weekend is April 22-23 and that the first two MOWOGs will be May 6-7.
I'm open to correction.

Hmm, that "preliminary" schedule doesn't have any events at Midway (besides the novice school). What happened to Midway? Obviously it isn't the ideal auto-x lot, but i still enjoyed those short 30 sec courses!
St. Cloud is explained in the thread, but no mention of Midway.
And what are all the MAC members only events?

It kinda looks like we stopped running events at Midway and replaced them with Dakota county events.
I'll take that trade any day.

I love Dakota. I also was looking at the track days for COM and BMW it looks like a full summer.

And what are all the MAC members only events? I believe it is somewhat intended as a trade-off so people can get more seat time in exchange for taking away co-drives at points events. (full explanation here) - http://forum.mnautox.com/forums/showpost.php?p=32457&postcount=6

I think those might be the events Steve G. talked about doing. Smaller numbers of people, massive amounts of runs. 15-20 runs in one day. Basically lots of seat time.

The reason this schedule hasn't been posted on the MAC site yet is that we don't have confirmed dates from all the sites yet. Once we do, the schedule will be posted.
