To the veterans out there:
This is a notice that there will probabally be a need for extra coaches on April 6th.
I've been in touch with several people who are going to the Novice School who will also make the April 6th event and have asked for help.
Some members of the MINI-sota MINI club should also be showing up and 5 members have already asked for coaching during the AX.
BTW, the latest weather forcast shows no rain/snow (actually a 4% chance) with a high near 40!!! :D :D :D
Thanks,
Paul

I had looked forward to doing just that, but I'm sorry to say that I'm being sidelined by a shoulder injury. :( I have to use my left hand to reach over and shift my freakin' Durango into Drive....certainly cannot shift a manual trans.
Please help to fill out the Novice School by handing out applications. Thanks!

Yep,
I'll take all the help I can get!
(just hoping I don't embarass myself by getting lost on course!):D

Pat, what happened?
Join my club.
I'll have this sling on until April 15th.
Then I'm going to try to convince the Dr. to 'fix' the right shoulder as soon as the left heals.
My wife doesn't even want me to drive to the event.

I can help. Let me know when I should show up so we can make the event go smoothly.
BTW: Who is the Event Master?

Steven,
Thanks,
No need to show up any earlier than normal, we will have all coaches identified at the drivers meeting and will ask all interested novices to see the coaches after the meeting.
Jeremy is the EM, I think it would be a good idea to do the novice track walk thru B4 the meeting, but thats up to him---you can be involved in that too.
Thanks,
Paul

Paul,
You got my membership dues right? I sent them a couple of weeks ago along
with money to reserve my numbers with Phil. I heard from Phil, but didn't hear
anything from you.
Just checking...

Well, I've had my shoulder MRI. Calcium on the ligament. Cortisone shot. We'll see. I can drive to the event.
No way is Grace coming out in this weather. Ditto the Triumph.
Dwight, do you need help getting the trailer to the event? This would be a little weird, since I live so close to the event and so far from you, but I'd do it to help the club.
The Suburban has a flat-four connector like the club trailer had the last time I towed it. I hope this has not been removed in the brakerizing. I wouldn't need to worry about the brakes since the Suburban is so darn heavy.

What?
Money?
Just kidding, I have not notified people of membership B4, I only do that for the Novice school.
If you want confirmation send me an email at pweidn@cs.com, I'll verify your membership and confirm it with a reply.
Thanks,
Paul

Almost the same for me...just your garden variety Tendenitus. Right arm is MIA. Should clear up soon, and I will be good to go for awhile.
BTW, get a flat four to 6 prong adaptor for the trailer so anyone can tow it. I have one for my trailer, it works well.
Dwight, Pat and now Phil! It appears we're going to need to create a separate class for drivers with shoulder injuries. :D
You guys take care of yourselves. We expect to see you back in action before the end of this season.
