the Event Master (sorry I forget who's doing this) is in charge of some unique rules for any event like this weekend up in St. Cloud.

This includes:
1) ya gotta be 18 or older.
2) ya gotta be a driver.

This means no youngster (i.e. kids) and no groupies (i.e. friends that for whatever reason think you're cool and want to be like you and are too scared to drive for themselves).

If you have special concerns- see the EM once we know who it is. I should find out at tomorrow night's board meeting.

The "no groupies" rule came up last year with MAC, and ended up being a non-issue. I always have my wife (and sometimes several friends) with me at the COM and AARRF events. This should be no different - they simply need to sign the facility waiver and get an armband. The over 17 rule does apply to drivers, however.

Clint is right on this. There are two waivers that must be signed - one for the facility and one for our insurance.
One other thing that came up at the NCCC event a couple weeks back. The site has experienced issues with theft in the past. As a result, they require either a user-provided gate guard or locking the gate and no one comes or goes. The Vette guys simply added that as a duty for each run group. One person drives out to the gate and sits at a table there during their work session.
