Several people had expressed interest in checking out the VF course conditions, grid conditions, and to do a little pre-planning and preliminary course design work.

My plans are to arrive at VF somewhere around 3:30 to 4:00 pm on Friday the 20th. If you want to tag along, please plan on being there around that time. No one is required to, but any input is welcome. Thanks!

Pat,

I'll be there. Give me a call when you cross the bridge into MN.

Can you bring a couple C or D-sized plots of the site? I would be nice to have something larger to jot notes on.

All I have to say is stay away from broken strip. It will save us time in reseting course after it breaks up.

Is this more for event planners and the likes... or any old newbie participant that wants to come check things out? :)

Anyone is welcome to wander out, but there won't be much to see - just an empty lot. The primary purpose of the visit is to do some planning for course layout & other site logistics.

Life is a fun run!

Nothin' to see here folks... this is the behind the scenes, dirty under-belly side of the sport. The smokey backroom dealings and scheming that the innocent autocrosser doesn't know, or want to know about. Yeah, it's dangerous.....but someone has to step up to the plate so you pretty boys drive your flashy cars on Sunday's.

There, got my mellow drama out for the day. :)

You're killing me here. :0nonono:

Then again, I suppose you feel the same way when you watch me drive.
