Just a reminder about the Autocross being held July 20-21 down in Fairmont, MN. The event is always a fun one due to the large site and the fact that you'll compete with people from Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. If you are driving from the twin cities, you may want to buddy up with someone and get a hotel as it is a bit of a hike. The link for more info is http://www.dmvrscca.org/bassdmvr.htm I am setting up the course and I promise a fast, flowing course.

You should have been at the National Tour the past weekend in Peru, IN. I was well into 4th gear in my Swift....several times. Dave Morton was there (and did very well I might add!) and I think he was surprised at the open course. Not sure how Dave finished, I finished 6th out of 20. I still need lots of work on the concrete setup, and in my driving style. Maybe I'll be ready by Nationals.

Which leads me to my question:

Is this event on concrete, or is it paved?

Thanks!
