So who is going to make the trip this weekend?

I'm going down Friday late afternoon and staying for the weekend, wife and 6 yr. old too. Anyone else up for a bigger facility and not having to work the event? Pick cones yes, work no!! :D

I'll be there although I am helping to run the event (tech and setting up the course).
Chuck Bower is going as well as are some of my friends from Austin.

Sorry...going to Milwaukee. Sounds like a great event, but I'll stick with the known versus the unknown. Good luck guys, have fun!

C'mon-to-my-house; to-myyyyyyyy-house.... (as sung by some old lady a long time ago.)

Come on down to one of the best sites in the Midwest, Miller Park in Milwaukee. SCCA event being run on Sunday. If you want a lot of space, at least 10 times the size of Midway, wide courses, long runs, and a glass smooth and grippy surface, this is worth the drive.

Check out:

For more info. Things get started early as turnouts are usually big. Maybe I'll see you there Dave!

In regards to Salah's question, no, the course will be different each day. If you have to choose a day, I'll just say that the DMVR region points event is Sunday so that may mean more competitors (a good thing) but possible fewer runs. You could come down and try to out-Pax their Pro drivers Brian Goodner (FS), Tim Reinhardt(GS), Joe Tharpe(CS), and Jon Haluska(ES).

In regards to Pat's response, I can tempt you with the possibility of some members of the Mod squad. Bob Mauer, Al Cram, maybe some Mankato AMods, and a few carts could give you something to think about.

While the site surely isn't as huge as Milwaukee, it is large and has a wonderful surface.
